Day 19


Today I just did some light cleaning and my crunch dance workout. I really wanted to step on the scale but I have been trying not to do that everyday ha ha. Not much to update on I stayed in my calorie goal and worked out like a good girl :) 




Breakfast

Carnation breakfast drink Rish chocolate with 1 cup whole milk (ran out of 2%)


Lunch
Pregresso Light zesty southern veggi style soup

Leftover I couldn't finish

Dinner
Two bowls of chicken and rice soup homemade

Snacks
I just enjoyed some crackers and cinna-swirls today :)
