Breakfast
Wheat bagel thin with a greek yogurt

half a grilled cheese and a salad



Level one with 2 pound weights. Arms Im still beginner but rest I can keep up with. 

Dinner
Chicken stir fry with rice

Day 81


Anyone have a good low fat substitute for milk? I can't drink less then 2% and I want to stay away from soy. Is almond milk any good??
Breakfast
 half a small banana, 1 cup multigrain cherrioes, 1/2 cup whole milk

Lunch
ham with mustard on a thomas thin bagel wheat with a salad
 Snack #1
1 cup red seedless grapes
 Snack #2
South beach peanut butter bar (gross!)
 Dinner
Pork chops, potatoes and corn

Total today roughly 1300

Did level one without stopping!!! workout at 1 pm

Ran one mile to this at 8 am. Walking does nothing for me now.

Day 76--Not weighing in week 12

This week I decided to skip my weigh in. I feel like I may have gained some water weight so Im staying away from the scale. I can see a change in my body but I still feel blah. I got some love handles that just wont go away and the scale is bouncing from 131-132 so Im not sure whats going on. Its that time again so maybe thats it. Im not going to lie I have indulged on chocolate and that could be the cause too. Went over my calories a few days and Im owning up to it. However yesterday I did a 22 minutes tone/cardio workout. Thats two more minutes then I could do. Im celebrating the little victories! Im back on track with charting my food and going to workout again. I have my ipod ready to go for running once the weather gets better. Its snowing right now :( I think the cardio/toning is fun I can feel it and thats what I need now!

Day 74--In a funk

Im feeling annoyed today. Im so tired of the breakfast and lunches I've been eating. Its the same thing everyday. I've run out of ideas!! Its usually eggs, toast, wheat bagel or oatmeal for breakfast and sandwiches, salad or soup for lunch. Im in a funk and need some new ideas. Dinner isnt a big deal I rotate meals enough that we dont get bored. My son had mac and cheese and I was soooo tempted to eat some. Its getting hard for me to avoid the foods I want so badly. Now that Im so close to the 120's why am I doing this??? What's going on in my head! I feel like Im trying to sabotage myself.....I havent done a good workout in a couple days. I just have no motivation right now. I rather sit in front of the tv and munch on food. I know if I do I will regret it and feel like poo so I wont but its tempting! I might try to get up and squeeze a workout in before I have to cook dinner. I think I might try to do a light workout in the morning and a heavy cardio in the evening. We shall see....I just hope I get out of this funk......

Day 73

Im so proud of myself! I had a birthday party to go to and I avoided the soda and cupcakes! I did have some mcdonalds but only ate half the sandwich and didnt touch the fries. I skipped breakfast because the party was so far and I was running late. Plus I get car sick and didnt want to get sick LOL I ran, climbed and jumped around for two hours ha ha. The day before that I took my son to the park and ran around for an hour and Monday I racked my yard and tried to level out the mess that was made when we dug up the pipes.....Im a little shaky today so I asked my friends on facebook and they think iron. So Im going to eat some eggs and spinach for breakfast and probably something with hamburger for dinner. My body is a little sore from all this activity but its a good sore. Not sure when I will step on the scale again. I have a busy week!

Day 68

Feeling pretty good today :) I've been up since 4am with TONS of energy. Laundry has been going and the house is just about clean. Im even going through closets and getting rid of things! Its supposed to be nice today so I hope to take my son to the park or at least let him run outside for a little bit. We got to enjoy the weather yesterday too!

Breakfast today was two eggs and two slices of bacon. I missed bacon so I went ahead and had some. Cant have anymore but I'll burn it off before the day is done! I added a small glass of orange juice. I've been forgetting lunch because I get so wrapped up in other things going on. So I make sure to have a large breakfast now. My new meal plan goes like this: large breakfast, small lunch, Dinner and then a snack if there is room. That keeps me full all night so Im not waking from hunger and Im full all day after my big breakfast. Its working!

Day 64

Ok so I was bad and didnt take pictures of what I ate today! Im probably going to away from here until Wednesday. I usually take Sun-Tue. off for family time. Im sill staying in my calories 1200-1300 :) so Im doing great! Losing about a pound a week and its amazing!!!! Just going back to the way I ate before I was pregnant is doing wonders for me. I was overeating because I was used to the few extra calories I needed for pregnancy. Im not really doing much working out just my usual activity level. However if I go over calories or know I have a day where I will eat more like the fair or a birthday party I will work out the day before and after to make up for it :) I love it and I can see a big difference!

Lunch: Left over salsa chicken 

Dinner: Baked chicken 


Went over one point on fat today but thats ok :) Im sure I burned that off while chasing my son around. Stayed at 1200 calories :)

Day 60

So I have to admit I've been ignoring any actual cardio workouts. Im not sure why but I just have no time this week. With appointments and everyday life I cant seem to find the motivation or energy to workout. By the time I get everything done Im tired and just want to lay down and watch some tv. I think if I stay in my calorie goal I wont see any weight gain but I doubt I will see a lose if I keep this up. I need some motivation to get my bum back in gear!

Day 59

Today I missed breakfast and my lunch! I was so mad but it was out of my hands. Appointments ran long and I was running late so what can you do. I managed to still get my calories by grabbing a snack on my way home. A bag of funyun rings and a beef jerky stick. I had chinese for dinner that you can make out of a bag ha ha.

Day 58

Ah Sundays.....this is when I usually throw my diet and exercise out the window but today I was good! I did have some bacon for breakfast but only two slices! I would have at 6 in the past plus the eggs and toast. I skipped lunch because I got up late so I had an early dinner at mcdonalds. I had a sweet tea and a grilled classic chicken sandwich no fries. I still have room for a small snack to get me to 1250 calories :) Im really proud of myself for not getting something worse! I realize that I cant avoid fast food but I can watch what and how much I eat when Im out. That is living :)




Day 57

Today I pretty much sat on my bum and did nothing at all. I snacked all day and ate leftovers for dinner. Even doing that I managed to stay at 1250 calories so thats good. I just felt lazy! I didn't eat the best but it wasnt horrible either. Sometimes I just want to forget about calories and just eat. I just dont want the pounds back.......

My workout today was rearranging the house :) I was on my feet all day moving furniture and vacuuming under everything!

Snack I had two sugar free cookies :) total calories 1240.

Day 54

Man did we get busy this week! I cant even remember what I ate and totally ran out of time to blog. I've been rearranging the house and trying to make it more a home. Does anyone else get tired of the same old look after awhile? ha ha so thats been my workouts moving furniture, shopping and running after my very busy toddler. Im also cleaning and cooking :) even when we have ate out this week I make sure to get the healthier choice like just chicken nuggets and a drink no fries. Before I would eat the meal plus some of my sons happy meal! Now we split a meal or I just get something small :) I realized I dont have to push myself to lose weight I just have to stick with what Im doing and throw in cardio when I can!
