Day 51



Well we went out to chinese and I managed to eat 1100 calories. I then ate some pretzels and there was the rest plus a little over. I shopped for 2 hours so walking was added as an exercise today. Plus unloading the groceries and packing them into the car. Its 4:30 pm and Im regretting the fast food. Im hungry but have no extra calories to eat. I may just grab a spinach salad and workout 6 days a week this week instead of 5. Tomorrow I have to go run around and have an early morning. Im hoping I want screw up and eat more then I should in one meal. My son also broke my first scale and I had to get another. This one is up out of little boys reach ha ha Heres to tomorrow!
