Wheat bagel thin, one egg no milk and a slice of cheese---225 calories
Lunch
I made this two servings :) one serving was 166 calories

Snack
Baby carrots and low fat cottage cheese :) YUM!
Exercise
25 minutes

Dinner
Big bowl of lazy lasagna and Spinach salad with light italian dressing
