Breakfast
Homemade muffin with a cup of red grapes

   Lunch
Leftover pizza (other half son ate) with a spinach salad

Exercise 
carb burner for 40 minutes

dinner 




Snack
Yes I know not the greatest snack but I had to :) 180 calories for two.

Also had a chewy bar before bed :)
