Whole wheat thomas bagel thin with egg and cheese. Plus a 1/2 cup red grapes Lunch |
Veggies on a light flatbread ate half 125 calories (entire pizza was 250)
I pretty much gave up by the end of the day. I probably met or went over my calorie allowance for the day. I had a few drinks with dinner and I know that pushed me over. Looks like Im going to have to push myself harder next week to make up for it.
