Breakfast
Thats all I really took a picture of today :) just snacked most of the day but still stayed in my calorie limit. I think I may be going to bed early due to the lack of sleep I have been getting. Today is my off day no working out. I stepped on the scale and I weighed 138 but then was back to 140 by the end of the day so we will see what Friday has in store for me. Lets hope its a good number! Im only a couple pounds away from being in the "healthy" weight range. Right now Im "over-weight" and I'd love to be in the healthy this week.
