Hello everyone!!
Now that its the new year I wanted to get back at it. I've done so well over the past three years. I've toned up and have so much more energy. I let this blog go for those three years but Im back to record everything and keep myself on track. I've been eating better all month and working out but lets just say today is our start :) Tomorrow I will track my food and give you a "start" weight.

1 medium gala apple
Lunch
Tuna and mini pirogies
Dinner
Homemade pizza pepperoni and cheese
Snack
1 gala apple and 1 orange
Worked out for 20 minutes today. My legs hurt but its a good hurt!
Working on getting my body back. After having a baby I managed to go from 130-155. Im now down to 147 and set a goal to see 120 pounds. I know I will stumble upon the way but as long as I keep going thats all that matters! That was my original post! I just had my second son. I was up to 150 with him and at my last check up I hit 138. Not as bad as my last pregnancy but Im holding onto a lot of weight. So Im starting over! My goal is the same as before 120! here we go!!!!!
